Marvin H. Neuman

The Founder, CEO, and creator of the Company, Marvin has been in the Real Estate world all his life. He is a graduate of York College of the City of New York, with a Bachelors of Political Science. He went on to Grumman Data Systems to study the design of business systems. He went to Pace University to study Real Estate Appraisals, and was licensed as a New York State Mortgage Broker. He is licensed as a Real Estate Broker in New York State and is awaiting his Connecticut Brokers License. 30 years of Real Estate work stand behind him. Honesty and integrity are his calling card and an unending drive and ambition. Marvin loves Real Estate and it shows. He also had a major interior design and manufacturing business, which enhances Auction America by allowing us to articulately stage a sale. If the property is in need of work, our Marv will know how to get all to work. "Eye Appeal is Buy Appeal" and it works.

As a child, Marv's dad owned Bronx apartment buildings. Marv went to collect rents with his father and watched the management and work ethic. Years of Real Estate history follow him. His thought and his idea is to make Auction America a premier company with a world-wide reputation. As fine art and jewelry are auctioned off in an exclusive manner, so will Real Estate sales. Steve Kutner

Debra Levin-Kutner

Steve and Debbie Kutner are Long Island’s only husband-wife team of certified real estate auctioneers and in addition; are certified in real estate auction marketing. They are both graduates of Continental Auctioneers School in Mankato, MN. Continental attracts students from around the world and is well known for teaching the skills needed to execute a successful real estate auction. Steve and Debbie also hold NY State Real Estate Licenses and are members of the National Association of Realtors and the Long Island Board of Realtors.

Steve has extensive marketing experience and holds a B.S. in Marketing from NY Institute of Technology in Old Westbury. He was founder and president of a large computer supply corporation that employed over eighty people in New York.

Debbie has a Masters Degree in Elementary Education from Adelphi University in Garden City. She has worked with children and parents for over twenty years; this has given her excellent communication skills and the confidence to interact with people.

Both Steve and Debbie are multi-property owners and understand what it takes to buy and sell real estate. In addition, they have held real estate seminars and firmly believe that now is the time for real estate auctions to finally have a reputable position on Long Island, and in all the areas that Auction America services. Seymour M. Schlessel

Operates as our Vice President of Client Services and Coordinator of Risk Management. Mr. Schlessel has over 26 years of experience in the risk management and insurance business, specializing in real estate, and is an Adelphi University alumnus. He has the knowledge, educational background and experience to effectively monitor all operations of Auction America Realty. His experience includes the ownership and operating of an insurance brokerage company. He has dealings with major companies, CEOs, CFOs, presidents, and top business owners as well as attorneys and legal departments. Mr. Schlessel works behind the scenes to ensure Auction America Realty runs efficiently and in compliance within the boundaries of the real estate market. He is the point person in charge of daily operations for Auction America Realty. He also provides an invaluable service to our clients in respect to their risk management and insurance needs.

Operates as our Vice President of Business Development and Business Services. Mr. Belluccia acquires new business and handles each of our existing client's ventures. Mr. Belluccia has over 20 years of accounting and real estate experience that enables him to provide outstanding service for Auction America Realty as well as all our clients. As an alumnus of St. John's University, he graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Science and Accounting. Mr. Belluccia has an impressive career history where he joined the ranks of top executives at major companies including Deliotte & Touche and Marsh and McLennan companies. He possesses the experience and skills to effectively develop, implement and structuralize new strategies for Auction America Realty's commercial and residential real estate business. He offers undoubtedly the best in business development for Auction America Realty while understanding our clients' needs and concerns in the growing real estate market.

Gary Podlisky

Gary is a mortgage specialist. A man of special talents, in the world of real estate finance. He is available to talk to you, to evaluate your financial abilities. This man of great understanding and years of mortgage experience is Auction America's access to the financial markets. Gary can tell you what is needed to qualify for a property. Is a deal doable?
